What you need

  • 3 tablespoons. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Whisk together vinegar and mustard. Combine slowly in oil until the dressing is well mixed and even. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
